How doctors are fooled

First, the spammer
targets the computer of the doctor and infects it with the botnet and makes him an integral part of a system of spammers. This generally occurs when people choose to not use windows updates since, the windows patches aren't introduced and windows is vulnerable to viruses that should had been disinfected or blocked from it.

It may also occur when people don't renew the anti-virus licenses and think that even after not doing that they are protected. Since, the signatures aren't downloaded on a regular basis and the anti-virus can't detect new signatures.


The spammers who are doing it are actually drug mafias earning 30% - 50% of the share from the manufacturer of the pill. Cyber criminals have built an affiliate rewarding system which brings them altogether.
