Improve Your "SENSES"!!

Forget brain-training games

Lesser the reaction time, more effective the senses, more the amount of gray matter. There are ways to increase the amount of gray matter such as to pick up a gun and start firing at enemies. It’s true!!!

Research being done at the University of Wisconsin by C. Shawn Green and Daphne Bevelier at the University of Rochester show that first-person shooters like Call of Duty really increase your gray matter.

The studies found that the more the gamers play lesser
is the reaction time reaction time and we tend to process many different types of sights and sounds with the same prowess, which means those gaming skills extend beyond the virtual battlefield.

They keep us focused. They’re efficient. Nongamers who play just one hour a day for several weeks get benefits in faster reaction time and focus, so videogames could help prep folks for “precision-demanding” jobs like drone piloting or even surgery.
